Fightlite
The Fightlite Industries Bbl002C is a complete 5.56 NATO barrel assembly built for shooters running MCR and Shrike platform rifles. This isn't just a barrel—it's a fully integrated upper component that arrives ready to mount, including the gas block, piston regulator, front sight, and carry handle. If you're building or upgrading an MCR rifle and need a complete, factory-assembled barrel solution, this is your plug-and-play option.
The 16.25-inch heavy-profile barrel with a mid-length gas system strikes a balance between velocity and handling, while the 1:7 right-hand twist stabilizes a range of 5.56 loads effectively. The adjustable 4-position gas regulator lets you fine-tune reliability and recoil across different ammunition types and shooting conditions—useful whether you're running suppressed, pushing heavy rounds, or dialing in for precision. Mag phosphate finish resists corrosion and provides a durable working surface that doesn't require constant babying in the field.
Built entirely in the USA, the Bbl002C includes Fightlite's front sight assembly (part 15090) and quick-change barrel handle (part 15035), so you get everything needed to install and operate straight out of the box. The 1/2-28 TPI threads are standard for modern 5.56 barrel work, compatible with common muzzle devices and suppressors. This is a solid choice for shooters who want a complete, domestically manufactured barrel assembly without sourcing individual components.

The Bbl002C is designed to work with MCR and Shrike 5.56 rifles and compatible upper receiver assemblies. Verify your upper receiver platform before purchasing.
You get the complete barrel assembly with integrated gas block, piston, barrel extension, 4-position adjustable gas regulator, front sight assembly (part 15090), and quick-change barrel handle assembly (part 15035). It arrives as a ready-to-mount unit.
Yes. The 4-position adjustable regulator lets you tune gas flow to match your ammunition type, barrel length, and whether you're running suppressed or unsuppressed. This flexibility helps optimize reliability and recoil management.
The barrel's 1/2-28 TPI threads are standard and accommodate most common 5.56 muzzle devices, flash hiders, and suppressors in that thread pitch. Verify your muzzle device specifications before purchasing.
