The Evolution Outdoor Tactical 1680 Series Single Rifle Case is built for shooters and hunters who need reliable transport that won't quit. This tactical rifle case comes in two sizes—36\" or 42"—to fit your rifle and match your travel needs, whether you're heading to the range for a session or packing for an outdoor adventure. The 1680D fabric exterior is rugged enough to handle regular use without showing wear, and the heavy-gauge foam padding inside absorbs impacts so your firearm stays protected through bumps and jostles.

What sets this case apart is the thoughtful gear-carrying design. Multiple tie-down straps with hook and loop fasteners keep your rifle secure and prevent shifting during transport. The large hook and loop front panel gives you space to add tactical patches or ID markers. You get a front zippered pocket for ammo, cleaning supplies, or other essentials, plus MOLLE webbing across the front if you want to attach additional pouches or accessories. Paracord zipper pulls won't snag or break, and the adjustable, removable shoulder strap means you can carry it by hand on short trips or sling it across your back for longer hauls.

Built for durability without the premium price tag, the Evolution Tactical 1680 is the kind of case that becomes part of your routine—dependable, functional, and ready for whatever comes next.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size rifle case do I need?

Evolution Outdoor offers this tactical case in 36\" and 42" lengths. The 36" fits most standard hunting and AR-15 rifles, while the 42" accommodates longer rifles or provides extra internal space. Measure your disassembled or folded rifle to confirm fit before ordering.

Can I attach patches and gear to this case?

Yes. The large hook and loop front panel is designed to hold tactical patches or ID markers. The MOLLE webbing across the front also accepts MOLLE-compatible pouches and accessories if you need to expand storage or organization.

Is the shoulder strap removable?

Yes. The shoulder strap is adjustable and fully removable, so you can carry the case by handle only on short trips or attach the strap when you need hands-free carry over longer distances.

What's inside for protecting my rifle?

The case is lined with heavy-gauge foam padding throughout to absorb impact. Padded interior plus the hook and loop tie-down straps work together to keep your rifle secure and protected during transport, whether it's a trip to the range or rougher outdoor travel.
