The EoTech 512 Holosight Rev. F is a compact, combat-proven holographic red dot sight built for shooters who demand speed and reliability without unnecessary complexity. Whether you're setting up a home-defense AR, running a duty rifle, or driving nails at the range, this 1x magnification sight delivers an unlimited eye relief and a clean 68 MOA ring with a 1 MOA center dot—a reticle pattern trusted by professionals and serious shooters alike. The holographic optics are parallax-free, so your point of aim stays true even when your eye position shifts across the window, and the 30-yard field of view at 100 yards gives you plenty of real estate to track fast-moving targets or scan a larger area.
Build quality matters in a sight you're betting your life on. The EoTech 512 wraps its electronics in a rugged aluminum hood and pairs a 1/8-inch solid glass front window with a shatter-resistant laminate rear window—designed to keep functioning even after hard knocks. At just 10.9 ounces, it won't weigh down your rifle or fatigue your shoulders on long days afield. The sight mounts directly to any Picatinny or Weaver rail and comes with a tool-less knobbed bolt for quick installation and removal. Waterproof to 10 feet and internally fogproof, the 512 handles rain, snow, and the elements without hesitation.
Brightness adjustments are manual and intuitive: 20 settings let you dial in the perfect reticle brightness from broad daylight to low-light conditions in seconds, with a 110,000:1 brightness range to cover everything in between. Two AA batteries power the sight—use lithium cells for the widest temperature range (-40 to 150°F) and longest battery life (1000 continuous hours), or run alkaline or rechargeable batteries if that's what you have on hand. An auto shut-down feature (programmable from 4 to 8 hours) prevents accidental drain, and a battery-check indicator flashes on startup so you know you're good to go.
The 512's reputation in the field speaks louder than any marketing claim. Thousands of shooters across law enforcement, military, and civilian applications choose it because it simply works—fast target acquisition, rock-solid zero, and no fuss. If you want a sight that gets out of your way and lets you focus on shooting, the EoTech 512 Holosight Rev. F delivers.
