EGW
The EGW Sight Mount for Trijicon RMR is a dovetail-mounted adapter designed specifically for the S&W M&P Shield EZ platform. If you're running a Trijicon RMR red-dot sight on your Shield EZ and want a rock-solid, removable mounting solution, this EGW mount replaces your rear sight and gives you a clean way to co-witness your optic without permanent modification. The real strength here is reversibility—swap your rear sight back in anytime you need it, which makes this ideal for shooters who want flexibility without commitment.
Installation is straightforward: remove the factory rear sight, drop the EGW mount into the dovetail, and secure it with the included hardware. The mount comes with everything you need, including the fasteners and an Allen wrench (5/64"). Following the installation notes—using a small shim during assembly, applying blue Loctite to the screws, and torquing to spec—ensures a solid, repeatable zero. This is the kind of detail that separates a loose optic from one you can trust downrange.
One important note: this mount is cut specifically for the Shield EZ. It does not fit the standard M&P, M&P 2.0, or M&P 22, so verify your platform before ordering. Built to work hard and stay put, the EGW mount is a practical choice for Shield EZ carry guns, competition rigs, or any setup where you want quick-detach RMR capability without the price tag of a slide cut.

Yes. The EGW mount uses a dovetail connection and is fully reversible. Remove the mount's fasteners, slide it out of the dovetail, and your original rear sight slides back in. This makes it ideal if you want to swap between optic and iron sight use.
The mount comes with all mounting screws, a 5/64" Allen wrench for installation, and detailed installation instructions. You'll need to supply blue Loctite, which is recommended for thread security on the mounting fasteners.
Torque the mounting screws to 15 in/lbs. The installation instructions recommend placing a small piece of paper between the RMR and the mount during assembly to prevent Loctite contamination and make future removal easier.
