Ed Brown
Ed Brown Slim Grip Screws in stainless steel are the right replacement or upgrade screws for 1911 pistols equipped with slim-profile grips. These allen head screws are precision-contoured to sit flush with slim grip panels, maintaining the clean lines and ergonomic profile your 1911 was built for. Whether you're refreshing worn fasteners, swapping grip material, or completing a custom build, quality grip screws matter—they're one of the first things you notice when you pick up the gun, and loose or mismatched hardware undermines an otherwise solid platform.
Ed Brown Products manufactures these screws to the exacting standards you'd expect from a 1911 specialist. Stainless steel construction resists corrosion and handles daily carry, range work, or storage without degradation. The hex socket head design pairs naturally with a standard allen wrench for easy installation and adjustment, and the flush-fit geometry means nothing catches on your hand or gear during the draw or holster. A four-screw pack gives you a complete set for one grip panel or replacements with spares on hand.
If you're building or maintaining a 1911 with slim grips—whether that's a classic Colt, a custom shop piece, or a working carry gun—these screws deliver the fit and finish that owners of quality 1911s expect. Attention to details like grip screws separates a carefully assembled gun from an afterthought.
These screws are designed specifically for 1911 pistols with slim grip panels. Standard or thick grip frames may require different screws, so verify your grip profile before ordering.
Each pack contains 4 screws, which is the standard number needed for one complete slim grip panel.
A standard allen wrench (hex key) is all you need to install or tighten these screws.
