Do-It Products
The Do-It Aspirin-Head Jig Mold is a 7-cavity casting tool for anglers who tie and customize their own soft-plastic jigs. This mold produces jig heads from 1/16 oz to 5/8 oz, covering the range you'll need for panfish finesse work through larger bass and pike presentations. The distinctive flat-sided design of the Aspirin-Head shape cuts through water cleanly and offers a practical bonus: those flat surfaces give you a stable platform for adding stick-on decal lure eyes, letting you personalize your jigs without fussy glue work.
If you're already melting lead or tin for your own jigs, adding a multi-cavity mold to your bench means less setup time between pours and more jigs ready to fish. The 7-cavity layout speeds production compared to single-cavity tools, and the range of weights in one mold lets you dial in presentations for different depths and conditions without swapping equipment.
The Aspirin-Head's barb collar is designed with soft plastics in mind—it grips tube jigs, curly-tail grubs, and other plastic bodies securely without shredding them. That means you can pour and rig with confidence, knowing your plastic won't slip during the fight. Whether you're building panfish poppers, drop-shot rigs, or bass jigs, this mold gives you the foundation for quality, consistent heads at a fraction of the cost of pre-made inventory.
