The DNZ Game Reaper scope mount for Savage Axis and Edge rifles delivers rock-solid optic mounting without the weight penalty or complexity. If you're running a Savage Axis or Edge and want a dependable way to get glass on your gun, this medium-height mount is purpose-built for that platform. DNZ machines these mounts from solid billet aluminum in North Carolina—no stamped parts, no welds, just precision engineering designed to handle the shock of rifle fire and hold zero season after season.

What sets this mount apart is its simple, direct construction: there are no moving parts between your rifle's receiver and your scope. That means less to go wrong and better vibration management when you're making the shot that matters. The ultralight design keeps your rifle's balance intact, which makes a real difference in the field when you're shouldering your gun all day. The 8-40 screws provide secure attachment without over-complicating installation.

This is the kind of accessory that doesn't demand attention—it just works. Whether you're zeroing on the range, hunting open country, or glassing from a blind, a quality mount keeps your optics locked in place so you can focus on the hunt, not equipment failures.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this mount fit my Savage Axis or Edge rifle?

Yes. The DNZ Game Reaper Model L51200 is designed specifically for Savage Axis and Edge rifles.

What height is this mount, and how do I know if it's right for my setup?

This is a medium-height mount. The height you need depends on your rifle's profile and the objective diameter of your scope. Medium height is a common choice for standard hunting rifles paired with traditional or mid-range optics. Verify compatibility with your specific scope model before purchase.

Does this mount require gunsmithing to install?

No gunsmithing is required. The mount attaches using 8-40 screws directly to your rifle's receiver. Follow the manufacturer's installation instructions and torque specifications for proper fit.

Will this mount work with any scope?

This mount is a base that accepts standard scope rings. You'll need rings compatible with your scope's objective diameter and your preferred ring height. The DNZ mount itself is a precision base layer; your choice of rings will complete the system.
