Desantis Gunhide
A quality duty belt is as important as the gear it carries. The Desantis Fancy Stitch Lined Belt is purpose-built from extra heavy premium saddle leather with suede lining—designed to stand up to daily wear from a holster, magazine carriers, and other equipment without sagging or twisting. This 1.5-inch width sits between minimalist carry belts and oversized options, making it versatile enough for concealed carry, range days, or work wear. The removable gold-tone buckle lets you swap carry systems or dress it down when the duty belt comes off.
Each belt is handcrafted, which means the natural scarring and blemishes in the leather aren't flaws—they're character. Two hides are never identical, so your belt's appearance is genuinely one-of-a-kind. The suede lining provides a grip that keeps your holster and gear exactly where you position it, resisting the creep and rotation that plague lighter belts under load.
If you're building a serious carry setup or replacing a worn duty belt, this is the kind of foundation that doesn't ask for a warranty extension or constant adjustment. The leather will break in, conform to your body, and only get better with time and use.

Yes. The 1.5-inch width and suede lining are purpose-designed to support holsters and carriers without rotation or sagging. The extra heavy leather holds its shape under load.
The 1.5-inch width and removable buckle make this belt adaptable to both concealed carry and duty situations. It's equally at home under a cover garment or worn openly at the range or in tactical work.
Because these belts are handcrafted from genuine saddle leather, each one retains the natural markings and texture from the hide. This isn't a defect—it's a characteristic of real leather and means every belt is visually unique.
The buckle is removable, allowing you to swap it out or use the belt with different carry configurations if needed.
