Daniel Defense
The Daniel Defense Delta 5 Pro in 6.5 Creedmoor is a bolt-action rifle built for shooters who demand accuracy backed by real guarantees, not marketing talk. This 24-inch heavy Palma barrel rifle comes in coyote tan and is engineered as a modular, precision platform that performs whether you're stretching shots at distance or working through a competitive course. At 11.4 lbs, it's substantial enough to manage recoil while remaining practical for field use, and every Delta 5 Pro ships with a sub-0.5 MOA accuracy guarantee—that means when you do your part with quality match-grade ammunition, Daniel Defense stands behind the rifle's performance at 100 yards.
The Delta 5 Pro's foundation is a mechanically bedded stainless steel action paired with a three-lug bolt featuring a 60-degree throw and floating bolt head, feeding from a Magpul PMAG 10 7.62 AC magazine included in the box. Recoil management comes via the Area 419 Hellfire muzzle brake, which significantly reduces muzzle rise and makes follow-up shots more manageable. The interchangeable barrel system—secured with Daniel Defense's proprietary barrel nut—means you can swap calibers or barrels without gunsmith work, a real advantage if you want flexibility down the road.
This rifle is built for modularity and serious optics mounting. The 20 MOA Picatinny scope base comes pre-installed with four #10-32 bolts, and the full-length ARCA-spec rail (RRS compatible) runs across the lower portion with ten M-LOK quick-detach sling points. M-LOK attachment points are positioned at six locations along the forend and one at the bottom of the buttstock. The scalloped receiver cut allows you to run scopes with larger objective lenses without excessive height-over-bore, and the platform is compatible with night vision and thermal optics. Ergonomically, the adjustable cheek riser, thumb rest (left/right adjustable), and tool-free adjustable buttstock let you dial in your fit without guesswork.
An adjustable single-stage Timney Elite Hunter trigger with a two-position safety gives you control over break weight and engagement, while the interchangeable AR-15 grip attachment means you can swap grips to match your preference. The rifle ships in a Daniel Defense full-latch impact plastic case and is threaded 5/8-24 TPI for common muzzle devices.
