Daiichi Hooks
The Daiichi Treble Hook Death Trap Round Bend in black nickel is purpose-built for anglers who demand reliable hook-ups on treble applications. Pack of 5, size #4 hooks delivers the sharpness and durability Daiichi is known for, with a classic round-bend design that works across freshwater and light saltwater conditions. Black nickel finish resists corrosion and blends naturally in the water, making these hooks a trusted choice for everything from hard baits and swimbaits to trailer-hook rigs where solid penetration matters.
The Death Trap designation speaks to the aggressive hook geometry—these aren't timid points. The round-bend profile provides consistent hook geometry that reduces the chance of straightening under pressure, which is critical when you're fighting larger fish or working heavy cover. Whether you're rigging panfish lures, upgrading existing plugs with fresh trebles, or building custom baits, a five-count of quality trebles in your kit is never wasted.
Daiichi has been making hooks for serious anglers for decades, and this pack gives you the confidence that comes with Japanese engineering at a working angler's price point.
| Hook Type | Treble |

| Bend Style | Round Bend |
| Finish | Black Nickel |
| Quantity | 5 pieces |
| Manufacturer | Daiichi Hooks |
Treble hooks like the Death Trap are commonly used as trailer hooks on lures, rigged on hard baits and swimbaits, or as replacement hooks on existing plugs and crankbaits. The size #4 is suitable for panfish to small bass applications.
The black nickel finish provides corrosion resistance for light saltwater use. For heavy saltwater or extended salt exposure, confirm with your local tackle shop whether upgrade to stainless or specialty finishes is recommended for your target species and conditions.
Black nickel resists rust and corrosion better than standard finishes, extends hook life, and creates a darker profile that is less visible to fish in the water.
Each pack contains 5 treble hooks, size #4.
