The CZ 457 Varmint Set .22LR with 20" Nitride Barrel is a factory barrel assembly designed for shooters who want to upgrade or replace the barrel on their CZ 457 rifle. Built around the reliable .22LR cartridge, this barrel set gives you the precision and durability needed for small-game hunting, varmint control, and target shooting. The 20-inch length strikes a practical balance between sight radius and handling, while the nitride finish protects against corrosion and wear without adding unnecessary weight.
Whether you're refreshing an aging barrel, experimenting with different profiles, or keeping a spare on hand, this CZ barrel assembly is engineered to the same exacting standards as the factory rifle. The nitride treatment is a time-proven hardening process that extends barrel life and resists the corrosive effects of ammunition residue and outdoor conditions—important for anyone who shoots regularly or hunts in damp climates.
CZ 457 owners who want to fine-tune their rifle's performance or restore a well-used gun will appreciate the quality and fit of an OEM barrel set. Installation and headspacing should be performed by a qualified gunsmith to ensure safe operation and accuracy.
