The CVA Wolf is a 50-caliber muzzleloader built for hunters who value speed and simplicity in the field. This break-action rifle combines a 24-inch blued steel barrel with a Picatinny rail and ambidextrous adjustable stock, making it equally at home for left- and right-handed shooters. Whether you're working thick cover, hunting from a treestand, or teaching a younger shooter, the Wolf's compact profile and lightweight design cut through brush without catching on gear—and its quick-handling ergonomics mean less fumbling when the moment counts.

At the heart of the Wolf is CVA's Quick-Release Breech Plug (QRBP), a truly tool-free system that lets you unscrew the breech by hand—even after 20+ shots—without hunting for a wrench or proprietary key. That matters when you're cleaning in camp or swapping plugs in cold weather. A simple touch of the breeching button (located at the front of the trigger guard) swings the breech open for loading, making the whole cycle intuitive. The one-piece DuraSight scope mount comes ready for glass, so you can get to the range without delay.

The adjustable stock ships with a 1-inch spacer, letting you dial in the fit for youth shooters, smaller adults, or anyone who prefers a nimble, quick-pointing handling package. The stealth grey furniture blends into most hunting environments while the 50-caliber bore gives you the power expected from a modern muzzleloader. This is serious hunting iron wrapped in straightforward, no-nonsense design.
