Colt
The Colt Anaconda in 45 Colt with a 4.25-inch barrel is a modern take on a revolver legend, built for shooters who want serious stopping power without excessive recoil. This stainless steel 45 Colt revolver pairs Colt's reputation for reliability with a frame designed to manage the cartridge's energy, making it approachable for hunters, sport shooters, and handgunners who appreciate a full-size wheelgun with real presence. The semi-polished stainless finish is built to handle field use and look good doing it—this is a working revolver, not a safe queen.
The 4.25-inch barrel strikes a practical balance: long enough to wring velocity and accuracy from 45 Colt rounds, short enough to stay handy in the field or at the bench. Six rounds feed the single-action/double-action trigger, which gives you flexibility for hunting, competition, or deliberate range work. The Hogue OverMolded rubber grips are there to absorb what the frame doesn't, and the interchangeable red ramp front sight works with the target adjustable rear (windage and elevation tuning) to let you dial in precision at realistic distances.
This is a Shooter's Model—meaning you're getting a brand-new revolver at a fair price, but Colt notes it may carry minor cosmetic marks from manufacturing that don't affect function or durability. A well-trained eye might spot them; most of us won't. Weighing 42 ounces, the Anaconda points naturally and settles into the hand with authority. If you want a 45 Colt revolver that doesn't apologize for what it is, this is it.
