CMMG
The CMMG Dissent MkG in .45 ACP is a compact, buffer-tube-free pistol-caliber carbine built on CMMG's proprietary MkG platform. With a 6.5-inch barrel and pared-down profile, the Dissent MkG delivers the stopping power of .45 ACP in a PDW-sized package that won't announce itself in a crowded truck bed or safe. The radial delayed blowback action runs clean and flat, and the overall length of 15.7 inches makes this a genuinely packable firearm for shooters who want serious .45 performance without the bulk of a traditional PCC.
Built on proven CMMG engineering, the Dissent MkG pairs a 7075 T6 aluminum upper and lower receiver with a 4140CM barrel in the MT contour. The CMMG ZEROED linear compensator tames recoil impulse while keeping the muzzle signature low, and the side-charging handle is reversible for southpaw shooters. The integrated trigger guard and 60/90-degree safety selector are refined touches that round out a platform designed for both rapid shooting and intuitive handling.
Out of the box, you get two 13-round Glock magazines, so you're ready to head to the range or the range line immediately. The 5.5-inch proprietary handguard is streamlined but gives you real estate for accessories, and the Picatinny rail end cap on the receiver extension opens up optic mounting options. At 4.9 pounds unloaded, the Dissent MkG won't fatigue you during an afternoon of drills or a day hunting predators where precision and a compact form factor matter.

The side-charging handle is reversible, so it can be configured for both left and right-handed shooters.
The absence of a buffer tube significantly reduces the overall length and makes the Dissent MkG truly packable and manageable in tight spaces—a key advantage for a PDW-sized .45 ACP carbine.
