CMMG
Building or maintaining an AR-15 upper receiver means dealing with small parts that are genuinely difficult to source individually. The CMMG AR-15 ejection port cover kit solves that problem by bundling the dust cover, operating rod, and spring you need to complete a proper installation in one package. It's the kind of thoughtful kit that saves you from a parts-hunting trip and ensures you have everything matched and ready to go.
The black phosphate finish on the cover matches the look of quality AR builds while providing corrosion resistance. This is especially useful if you're assembling a stripped upper receiver or upgrading an existing one—having the ejection port properly sealed keeps fouling and debris out of the action, which matters whether you're running suppressed, unsuppressed, or in dusty field conditions.
CMMG focuses on the details that builders and gunsmiths appreciate: rather than forcing you to source the rod and spring from three different suppliers, they've packaged the complete kit. It's a straightforward solution for anyone who wants to finish an upper receiver the right way without the hassle.
The kit contains the ejection port cover itself, the operating rod, and the spring—everything you need to install a dust cover on your AR-15 upper receiver.
Yes, this kit is designed for AR-15 upper receivers and is ideal for completing a stripped upper build.
The cover features a black phosphate finish, which provides corrosion resistance and a durable, professional appearance.
