The Civivi Knives C18026C-1 Praxis Mini is a compact folding knife built for hunters, campers, and everyday carry who need a reliable blade without the bulk. At 2.98 inches, the drop point blade is nimble enough for detail work—field dressing game, camp tasks, or general utility cutting—yet substantial enough to handle real work. The stonewashed D2 steel finish resists corrosion and hides wear, while the OD green textured G10 handle delivers grip in wet or gloved conditions and keeps your knife looking rugged in the field or on the bench.
Civivi has built a reputation for delivering quality at a fair price, and the Praxis Mini carries that formula into a smaller package. The drop point geometry is a workhorse blade shape—strong at the tip, efficient in the belly, and easier to control than a clip point when you're doing detail cuts. D2 steel holds an edge well and is forgiving to sharpen; it's a practical choice for a knife that'll see real use rather than a display case.
Whether you're outfitting a pack, filling a pocket slot, or adding a backup blade to your kit, the Praxis Mini delivers honest performance without unnecessary frills. This is the kind of knife that earns its place through reliability and functionality.

Yes. The 2.98-inch drop point blade is well-suited for detail work in the field, including game processing, and the compact size keeps it lightweight and easy to carry in a pack or vest.
D2 is a high-carbon tool steel that holds an edge well and resists corrosion better than many stainless alternatives. It requires occasional maintenance and is straightforward to sharpen with standard tools—a solid practical choice for working knives.
The textured surface of G10 provides reliable grip in wet conditions and works well with gloved hands, making it dependable for outdoor use in variable weather.
A drop point has a curved spine that slopes down to the tip, making it slightly stronger at the point and more controlled for detail cuts. A clip point has a straighter, slightly more aggressive profile. Drop points are generally more versatile for general-purpose field work.
