CHRISTENSEN ARMS
The Christensen Arms Ridgeline FFT in .270 Winchester is a lightweight hunter's rifle built for backcountry pursuits where every ounce matters but accuracy cannot be compromised. Christensen's FFT (Faster, Flatter, Tighter) platform combines a 416R stainless steel barrel wrapped in aerospace-grade carbon fiber with a carbon fiber stock and precision-machined action—resulting in a rig that delivers match-grade performance without the bulk that slows you down on long days in the hills.
The 20-inch barrel is button-rifled, match-chambered, and hand-lapped for consistency, then capped with a removable stainless steel side baffle brake to manage recoil in the field. Inside, a Christensen Arms precision-machined receiver pairs with a TriggerTech trigger for a clean break you can trust at the moment of truth. The action accepts standard Remington 700 optics bases, so mounting your glass is straightforward. The enlarged aluminum bolt knob and spiral fluted bolt are designed for fast manipulation even in cold or wet weather, and an enlarged ejection port minimizes shooter frustration with brass. An internal magazine with aluminum hinged floor plate is standard; the rifle is also compatible with AICS detachable magazines via an aftermarket conversion kit if you prefer that flexibility.
The FFT carbon fiber stock features carbon fiber bedding pillars and spot bedding for a rigid, stable platform, while the recoil pad absorbs punishment so you can stay focused. With a 4-round capacity (3 for magnum cartridges), the Ridgeline FFT slots into the field-ready lightweight rifle category—ideal for hunters who pack in, glass for distance, and demand sub-MOA performance when the shot presents itself.

| Stock Material | Christensen Arms FFT carbon fiber |
| Stock Design | Sporter FFT with carbon fiber bedding pillars and spot bedding |
The combination of a carbon fiber-wrapped barrel, carbon fiber stock, and precision machining throughout keeps weight at a minimum without sacrificing rigidity or accuracy. The match-chambered barrel and hand-lapped bore, paired with TriggerTech trigger and spot bedding, produce the kind of precision you'd expect from a much heavier rifle—but you're carrying considerably less on the mountain.
The Ridgeline FFT accepts standard Remington 700 optics bases, which covers the vast majority of quality scope bases and rings on the market. This gives you maximum flexibility in choosing glass to match your hunting or range discipline.
Yes. The rifle ships with an internal magazine with aluminum hinged floor plate, but it is compatible with AICS detachable magazines through an aftermarket conversion kit, which you would acquire separately.
The muzzle brake is removable, so you can take it off. The barrel is threaded at 5/8 x 24, which is a standard thread pitch for suppressors and other muzzle devices. A suppressor would screw directly onto the barrel threads once the brake is removed.
