CHRISTENSEN ARMS
The Christensen Arms Ridgeline FFT in .308 Winchester is built for hunters who measure success in pounds saved and shots made—not compromises. This lightweight precision rifle combines a carbon fiber-wrapped 416R stainless steel barrel with a matching FFT carbon fiber stock to deliver sub-5-pound carry weight without sacrificing accuracy or reliability. The 16-inch threaded barrel wears a removable stainless steel side baffle brake and is threaded 5/8x24 (standard), ready for suppressors or muzzle devices. If you've hiked miles to a glassing point or spent a season glassing from a pack, the Ridgeline FFT rewards that discipline with a rifle that won't punish your shoulders on the way up or your aim on the way down.
The action is Christensen Arms' precision-machined receiver mated to a TriggerTech trigger and an enlarged, spiral-fluted bolt that feels as refined as it looks. The barrel is button-rifled, hand-lapped, free-floating, and match-chambered—the hallmarks of a rifle engineered for consistency from first light to last. The stock features carbon fiber bedding pillars and spot bedding to lock the action tight, while gray accents break up the carbon weave for a look that's equal parts capable and clean. An internal 4-round magazine with aluminum hinged floor plate comes standard; aftermarket AICS detachable magazine kits are available if you prefer that flexibility.
Optics mounting is straightforward: standard Remington 700 optics bases are compatible. The enlarged ejection port and improved bolt release keep the gun running smoothly whether you're bench-testing loads or working through tough country. Whether you're a long-range hunter chasing elk in the high country or a precision shooter who refuses to carry an ounce more than necessary, the Ridgeline FFT earns its name by delivering lighthouse-clean accuracy in a rifle that disappears into your pack.
