The Christensen Arms Chris Mount Cantilever 1 is a precision rifle scope mount engineered for MSR platforms where accuracy and durability matter. Built from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished with hardcoat anodizing, this cantilever mount handles the abuse of competition shooting and demanding field conditions without compromise. Whether you're dialing in a long-range hunter or setting up a precision tactical rifle, a solid foundation matters—and this mount delivers the rigid, lightweight platform your scope and barrel need to perform consistently.

Stainless steel hardware throughout gives you corrosion and element resistance, so salt air, mud, or dust won't degrade your setup over time. The mount uses standard ½" nut attachments for secure, repeatable clamping force, and it fits standard Picatinny rails. At an ideal height for either 1" or 30mm tubes, you'll get the cheek weld and sight picture you need without awkward riser stacking.

Christensen Arms knows MSR shooters demand precision without fuss. This cantilever mount is CNC-machined to exacting specs and anodized for dependability, whether you're running it on a competition rifle, a hunting AR, or a precision build that won't tolerate slop. It's the kind of mount that stays where you put it—and lets you focus on shooting.

Frequently Asked Questions

What scope sizes does this mount fit?

The Chris Mount Cantilever 1 is designed for both 1" and 30mm scope tubes at ideal height for MSR platforms.

Will this mount work on my AR-15 or AR-10?

Yes, it fits any Picatinny rail system, so it works on standard AR-platform uppers, including both AR-15 and AR-10 builds.

What makes this mount durable for hunting or competition?

The combination of CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum, hardcoat anodizing, and stainless steel hardware provides corrosion resistance and rigidity for harsh field conditions and high-round-count competition use.

How does a cantilever mount differ from a standard two-piece ring mount?

A cantilever mount extends forward over the barrel for a longer sight radius and improved accuracy potential, while maintaining a single, unified platform—ideal for precision rifles and tactical builds.
