Charter Arms
The Charter Arms Pathfinder .22LR revolver in stainless steel is a versatile rimfire wheelgun built for shooters who want to develop solid fundamentals without breaking the bank on ammunition. Whether you're introducing a new shooter to handguns, zeroing in your marksmanship skills, or just looking for a reliable plinker that handles like a "real" revolver, the Pathfinder delivers the heft, balance, and ergonomics of a centerfire without the cost per round. Its 8-shot capacity and aluminum frame keep things nimble, while the stainless steel finish stands up to regular use and storage.
At just 19 ounces, the Pathfinder handles like a full-size revolver despite chambering the economical .22 LR cartridge. The 2-inch barrel strikes a practical balance between portability and sight radius, making it equally at home at the range, in a backpack, or as a truck gun. The aluminum frame keeps the weight down without sacrificing the solid, reassuring feel you expect from a revolver. Shooters appreciate the .22 LR's low recoil and minimal noise, which makes extended practice sessions enjoyable and accessible to all skill levels.
This is the kind of gun that turns an afternoon at the range into genuine fun. Tin cans, clay birds, small-game hunting, or simple target work—the Pathfinder handles it all without apology. Charter Arms has tuned the trigger and lockwork for a satisfying double-action pull, and the standard hammer profiles work smoothly with gloved or bare hands. If you need a revolver that teaches you how to shoot and doesn't demand a loader's salary in ammunition, the stainless Pathfinder is hard to beat.
