The Canik Mete MC9L is a compact 9mm semi-automatic pistol built for shooters who want a serious carry gun without the full-size footprint. Chambered in 9mm Luger with a 17-round capacity, the MC9L delivers meaningful firepower in a package that's genuinely easy to carry—just 22.22 ounces unloaded and measuring 6.27 inches overall. This is a purpose-built concealed-carry pistol that doesn't compromise on capability or ergonomics.

The MC9L's 3.18-inch barrel keeps it nimble without sacrificing velocity or reliability. The compact frame is polymer, keeping weight low, while the sights are straightforward: a white dot up front and a blacked-out rear for fast target acquisition in bright or low light. The pistol accepts all standard and extended Canik sub-compact magazines, so you're not locked into one magazine ecosystem. Its narrow 1.14-inch width makes it genuinely concealable—no printing, no bulk—while the 5.43-inch height sits low enough to tuck into IWB holsters without showing above waistband.

This isn't a pistol that shows up naked. The package includes two 17-round magazines, a custom holster, magazine loader, three interchangeable grip backstraps for proper hand fit, the Canik Punch & Tool Kit for field maintenance, a cleaning brush and jag rod, gun lock, manual, and a storage case. Everything you need to train and carry is right here.

What comes in the box with the Canik Mete MC9L?

You get the pistol, two 17-round magazines, a custom holster, magazine loader, finger extension magazine base plate, three grip backstraps, the Canik Punch & Tool Kit, cleaning brush and jag rod, gun lock, manual, and a storage case. It's a complete package ready for training and carry.

Is the Canik Mete MC9L small enough for concealed carry?

Yes. At 6.27 inches overall length, 5.43 inches tall, and only 1.14 inches wide, the MC9L is designed as a compact carry pistol. The narrow profile and 22-ounce weight make it easy to conceal in an IWB holster without printing.

Can I use other Canik magazines in the Mete MC9L?

The MC9L accepts all standard and extended capacity Canik sub-compact size magazines, so you're not limited to just the two included mags.

What's the barrel length and what does that mean for carry?

The Mete MC9L has a 3.18-inch barrel, which is optimized for compact carry without sacrificing reliability or sight radius. It's short enough to stay concealable but long enough to be genuinely accurate at reasonable defensive distances.
