CCI
CCI Blazer Brass .40 S&W ammunition gives you reliable, affordable rounds for the range without cutting corners on quality. Built around a 165-grain full-metal-jacket projectile loaded to 1050 fps, this is straightforward, no-frills target ammunition that cycles cleanly through your .40 platform and delivers consistent performance downrange. Whether you're zeroing a defensive gun, running drills, or simply putting rounds downrange to stay sharp, Blazer Brass delivers the dependability shooters have trusted for decades—and the brass cases mean you can reload and shoot again.
What sets this ammunition apart for reloaders is the attention to detail in the fundamentals. The boxer-type primer pockets are standard and straightforward, making the reload process efficient. CCI's clean-burning propellants minimize fouling and carbon buildup in your barrel, which matters when you're shooting volume. A full case of 1000 rounds gives you serious trigger time without the constant resupply runs, making it a practical choice for shooters who practice regularly.
Blazer Brass sits in that sweet spot between budget-conscious and quality-built: you're not paying a premium for match-grade precision you don't need for general shooting, but you're also not gambling with unreliable primers or inconsistent velocities. It's the kind of ammunition that lets you focus on your fundamentals instead of worrying about whether the round will fire or extract cleanly.
