The Carlsons 52264 is a flush-mount choke tube for 12-gauge Remington shotguns configured for skeet shooting. If your shotgun came stock with a flush-mounted tube or you've worn out, damaged, or lost the original, this 17-4 PH stainless steel replacement gets you back in the field or on the range without the need for extended aftermarket tubes. Carlsons manufactures this tube to tight tolerances so it sits flush with the barrel, maintaining the clean lines and handling characteristics of your gun while giving you a dedicated skeet pattern right out of the box.
Built from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, this choke is engineered to handle the rigors of regular use—whether you're running lead or steel shot (just not turkey loads; those require different construction). The flush design means no snag, no protrusion, and no fuss when you're moving through brush, climbing into a blind, or working around cover. You get a genuine Carlsons part, not a generic knockoff, which matters when the fit and function of your shotgun depend on it.
If you shoot skeet competitively, practice regularly, or simply prefer tubes that match your gun's original profile, this is a straightforward, reliable replacement. Carlsons has been the go-to name in aftermarket choke tubes for decades because they pay attention to the details that shooters actually care about.
| Gauge | 12 |
| Choke Type | Flush-Mount |
| Constriction | Skeet |
| Material | 17-4 PH Stainless Steel |
| Shotgun Compatibility | Remington (flush-mount) |
This tube is designed for Remington shotguns with flush-mount choke systems. If your Remington originally came with a factory flush-mounted choke tube, this replacement will fit. If your gun uses a different choke system, this won't work.
Yes, this choke tube is compatible with both lead and steel shot. The exception is turkey loads, which require chokes specifically designed for that purpose.
Skeet is an open, wide-pattern constriction designed for close-to-mid-range targets. It spreads the shot charge quickly, making it ideal for clay target sports like skeet shooting where targets are typically at 20–40 yards.
