The Carlson's Choke Tube 12GA Invector DS Extended Full .710 is a precision-engineered choke tube built for shooters who demand tighter, more consistent patterns. Designed for 12-gauge shotguns running the Browning Invector-DS platform, this extended full choke delivers the constriction you need for long-range hunting, clay sports, and serious target work. Whether you're threading on for upland game or fine-tuning your shotgun's performance on the range, this full-constriction tube gives you reliable shot grouping shot after shot.
Machined from 17-4 stainless steel, the Carlson's tube is built to last. The extended design features a longer parallel section compared to flush-mount alternatives—that geometry is what throws tighter, denser patterns and keeps your pellet cloud consistent downrange. The knurled end makes installation and removal fast and intuitive, even in the field. A laser-marked constriction marking on the end eliminates guesswork about which tube you're running.
This choke tube is versatile across shot types. You can run lead shot, steel shot, copperplated shot, nickel shot, Hevi-Shotshells, and buckshot through it—though Carlson's recommends avoiding steel shot larger than BB in any full or tighter constriction. That flexibility means one tube can serve multiple hunting seasons and shooting disciplines. The .710 bore diameter is the standard full choke constriction for 12-gauge, giving you predictable, field-proven performance.
If you shoot a Browning Invector-DS 12 gauge and want to upgrade from factory tubes or add a dedicated full-choke option to your rotation, this Carlson's tube is straightforward to install and proven to pattern better than standard OEM chokes.
| Gauge | 12 |
| Choke System | Browning Invector-DS |

| Bore Diameter | .710" |
| Material | 17-4 Stainless Steel |
| Type | Extended Choke Tube |
Yes. The Carlson's Choke Tube is designed specifically for the Browning Invector-DS 12-gauge platform. Confirm your shotgun uses the Invector-DS system before purchasing.
You can shoot lead shot, steel shot, copperplated shot, nickel shot, Hevi-Shotshells, and buckshot through this tube. However, avoid steel shot larger than BB in full or tighter constrictions.
The extended design has a longer parallel section, which produces tighter and more consistent patterns than flush-mount chokes. The added parallel length is what improves pattern density at distance.
The constriction is laser-marked on the end of the tube for easy reference. The knurled end also makes it simple to grab and unscrew when you need to swap tubes.
