The Calculated Kinetics DOGTAG optic plate for M&P 2.0 to Holosun K/RMSc footprint is a purpose-built mounting solution that bridges your Smith & Wesson M&P 2.0 pistol and modern micro red dot optics. Whether you're running a Holosun EPS, EPS Carry, 407K, 507K, or any optic with an RMSc footprint, this plate delivers a solid, durable connection—and it's engineered with duty use in mind. The plate is duty-rated to handle hard carry, regular training, and tactical deployment without flex or shift.

What sets the DOGTAG apart is its built-in deflection table positioned close to the optic itself. This thoughtful design maintains compatibility with most duty holsters, so you won't have to sacrifice carry practicality for optical clarity. The M&P 2.0 series—including Compact, Full Size, Carry Comp, Competitor, and Spec V variants—all share the same cut, so if you own any of these frames, this plate will fit. (Note: this plate is designed for the 2.0 platform and won't work with the original M&P 1.0.)

Installation is straightforward. The package includes all necessary hardware, a Torx bit, Vibratite threadlocker, and an install card to walk you through the process. No surprises, no trips back to the parts bin. If you're building a duty gun, duty backup, or precision carry rig around an M&P 2.0 and a compact optic, this plate is a solid, no-nonsense choice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this plate work on my M&P 1.0?

No. This plate is designed exclusively for the M&P 2.0 platform and its variants. The 1.0 and 2.0 have different cut patterns and are not cross-compatible.

What optics fit this mount?

Any optic with a Holosun K footprint or RMSc footprint, including the Holosun EPS, EPS Carry, 407K, and 507K. If your red dot uses the RMSc pattern, it will work with this plate.

Do I need to buy hardware separately?

No. The plate comes with all hardware, a Torx bit for installation, Vibratite threadlocker, and a detailed install card. Everything needed for mounting is included.

Will this plate work with my duty holster?

The deflection table is positioned close to the optic to support most duty holster compatibility. However, specific holster fit will depend on your holster model. Check with your holster manufacturer if you have questions about clearance for this particular plate design.
