C&G Holsters
The C&G Holsters CovertOWB is a purpose-built outside-the-waistband kydex holster designed for the Sig 1911 Rail in 5" configuration. If you carry a full-size 1911 and want a holster that sits comfortably outside your waistband without drawing attention, this belt loop design delivers the concealment and accessibility serious shooters and carry holders depend on. C&G has built a reputation on precision-molded kydex holsters that fit tight, retain well, and don't quit—and this model is no exception.
Built from rigid kydex material, the CovertOWB offers the durability and consistency that molded holsters are known for. The black finish blends seamlessly into most carry setups, and the belt loop attachment keeps the holster secured to your waistband without fuss. Whether you're heading to the range, on duty, or carrying daily, you get a holster engineered to stay in place and deliver smooth, repeatable draws.
This holster is molded specifically for the Sig 1911 Rail with a 5" barrel, so fit is guaranteed—no guessing on compatibility. If you run a different frame or barrel length, this won't work for you; make sure your platform matches before ordering. The belt loop design works best with sturdy, full-grain leather or tactical belts that won't sag under the weight of your rig.
| Holster Type | Outside-the-Waistband (OWB) |
| Material | Kydex |
| Finish | Black |
| Attachment | Belt Loop |
| Fit | Sig 1911 Rail 5" |
| Model Number | 0354100 |
The C&G CovertOWB is molded exclusively for the Sig 1911 Rail with a 5" barrel. If your 1911 differs in frame type, caliber, or barrel length, you'll need to verify compatibility before purchasing. C&G makes models for other 1911 configurations, so check the model number on your firearm and compare it to the 0354100 spec sheet.
The belt loop will accommodate standard 1.5" tactical and dress belts. Use a sturdy, full-grain leather or reinforced tactical belt to ensure the holster stays in place and doesn't cant or shift during the draw.
The CovertOWB is designed for outside-the-waistband carry, which means it sits outside your pants. "Covert" refers to the low-profile black finish and minimal printing signature—it's more discreet than some OWB designs, but it will still be visible under a cover garment or untucked shirt. If you need true deep concealment, an inside-the-waistband holster may be a better choice.
You receive the C&G CovertOWB holster with belt loop attachment. The holster is ready to use; a quality duty belt is sold separately and highly recommended for proper retention and comfort.
