Butler Creek
The Butler Creek Element scope cover in 55mm–60mm keeps your optic glass protected from the elements without slowing you down when the moment arrives. Whether you're glassing from a blind, glassing from a blind, hiking between glassing spots, or running drills at the range, a quality lens cap is the easiest insurance against dust, rain, scratches, and dings. This one combines a flexible, multi-layer design with one-handed operation—open it with a finger, take your shot, and close it back up without fuss.
What sets the Element apart is the flip-open objective cap with a printable dope disk. That disk holds your wind and elevation notes, so your ballistic data rides right on your scope. Swap disks as conditions or loads change. The cap seats tight enough to create a watertight, airtight seal, and it's built from tough polymer that handles real-world impacts and temperature swings. Stainless steel hardware resists corrosion, and the multi-fit design—with ten interchangeable caps in the lineup—fits roughly 95% of modern scopes in the 55–60mm objective range.
The 180- and 270-degree opening positions give you flexibility in how you stow it: keep it hinged up and out of the way, or rotate it down depending on your mounting and ring setup. If you're serious about glass protection without the weight or fuss of rigid cases, this is an upgrade your optic will thank you for.

Yes. The watertight and airtight seal protects your lens glass from rain, snow, and spray. The polymer material and stainless steel hardware are built to handle wet and harsh conditions without corroding or degrading.
