A Butler Creek flip-open objective lens cover in Size 27 (46.70mm) keeps your scope's front lens clean and protected when it matters most. Built for hunters and shooters who can't afford downtime in the field, this rigid polymer cover shields your optic from rain, dust, and debris while staying light enough that you'll forget it's there. The design hinges open silently with a thumb flick so you can acquire your target fast without removing anything—critical when that window of opportunity is measured in seconds.

Unlike caps you have to pocket or lose, the Butler Creek cover mounts directly to your scope body with a custom-fit friction system that holds tight through recoil and rough handling. The semi-O-ring seal is airtight and waterproof, keeping moisture and grit away from your lens glass even in wet, muddy, or dusty conditions. The hinged design is truly ambidextrous, so lefties and righties operate it the same way—no fumbling to remember which side opens.

Weighing less than an ounce, this cover won't throw off your scope balance or add meaningful weight to your rifle. It's tested down to –40°F, so it performs when cold snaps hit and your hands are numb. The silent spring hinges won't produce a tell-tale sound when game is near, and the friction mounts stay put without tools. If you run a 46.70mm objective lens, this is the Size 27 match you need.
