Burris
The Burris AR-F4 FastFire Mount is a dedicated carry solution for mounting Burris FastFire red dot sights on AR-15 platforms with Picatinny-pattern flattop receivers. If you run a FastFire on a modern AR and want a clean, protective way to get your dot at the right height for co-witnessing with backup iron sights, this is the straightforward answer—no adapters or improvisation required.
The mount positions your FastFire at the optimal sight height, so your red dot zero and flip-up backup sights naturally line up without awkward eye relief or head position compromises. The design is as simple as it gets: slide it onto your Picatinny rail, tighten it down, and run your gun. Metal wings flank the optic housing to shield the lens from dings, bumps, and snags that come with vehicle storage, pack carry, or fast movement through brush or timber.
A practical bonus is built into the base: the lower compartment doubles as storage for a spare battery, an open-end wrench, and a Torx wrench—the exact tools you'll need to service your FastFire in the field. Everything stays organized and on your rifle, not scattered in a range bag. Matte black finish matches standard AR uppers and doesn't catch light at distance.
Yes—the AR-F4 is designed for Picatinny-style flattop receivers and also fits Weaver-pattern rails. Check that your upper has a flat receiver top with standard Picatinny slots.
That's the main point of the AR-F4. It positions the FastFire at the correct height so your red dot and flip-up iron sights naturally align, giving you a reliable backup aiming system without forced offset or awkward cheek weld.
The lower compartment stores a spare battery, an open-end wrench, and a Torx wrench—the tools you need to adjust, remove, or service your FastFire without leaving the range or field.
Yes, the AR-F4 is made specifically for Burris FastFire sights. It won't work with other red dot models.
