Browning
The Browning Tube Inv+ Midas Black Xfull 12 is a premium extended choke tube built for 12 gauge shotguns running Browning's Invector-Plus system. If you're hunting waterfowl, upland game, or running tactical drills, the right choke can mean the difference between a clean kill and a missed opportunity—and this X-Full constriction delivers the tightest pattern when distance and precision matter most. Browning's Midas Grade tubes are where durability meets shootability: stainless steel construction with black oxide finish resists corrosion in wet conditions, while the extended design makes swapping tubes in the field faster and easier than standard flush-fit options.
The engineering here is thoughtful. Invector-Plus tubes use minimum gap geometry and a high-resolution finish to reduce plastic wad and shot-cup fouling—you'll notice less crud building up in your bore between cleanings. The laser-etched chrome accent band helps you ID the constriction at a glance, and the whole tube is manufactured to Browning's industry standard tolerances. Since choke tubes are wear items and performance parts, having a quality extra on hand (or swapping between patterns during a hunt) is just smart shotgunning.
One critical point: Invector-Plus tubes are NOT interchangeable with older Standard Invector or Invector-DS systems—verify your barrel's marking before ordering. And if you're thinking about that flat choke wrench from your gun case, note that Midas Grade extended tubes require a different tool. Make sure you've got the right loader for the job.
| Gauge | 12 |
| Choke System | Invector-Plus |
| Constriction | X-Full |
| Material | Stainless steel |
| Finish | Black oxide with laser-etched chrome accent band |
| Type | Extended choke tube |
This tube is designed exclusively for Browning shotguns with the Invector-Plus choke system. Check your barrel markings: it must say "Invector-Plus" to be compatible. Standard Invector and Invector-DS barrels will not accept these tubes.
X-Full is the tightest constriction available and delivers the densest shot pattern at extended ranges. Hunters typically choose it for late-season waterfowl, turkey, or long-distance upland work where a concentrated pattern is essential.
No. The flat choke wrench commonly supplied with Browning shotguns is not compatible with Midas Grade extended choke tubes. You'll need the appropriate tool for this design.
Midas Grade tubes feature extended length for easier handling in the field, stainless steel construction for enhanced durability, and precision geometry that reduces plastic fouling in your bore during shooting.
