The Brownells Pistol Fluted G17 Gen1-4 9mm Luger 5.0'' Threaded Barrel is a match-grade upgrade built for shooters who demand better accuracy and longevity than factory Glock hardware. This American-made barrel fits Glock 17 Gen 1 through Gen 4 pistols and is chambered in 9mm Luger with a standard 1-10" right-hand twist rifling profile. Whether you're replacing a worn barrel or upgrading to precision-grade components, a quality aftermarket barrel can noticeably improve shot consistency and group tightness at the range or in defensive use.
Machined from hardened 416R stainless steel, this barrel combines durability with corrosion resistance—a real advantage if you shoot in humid conditions or store the gun long-term. The button-rifled construction ensures repeatable accuracy, while the non-reflective Black Nitride finish adds an extra layer of wear and corrosion protection without affecting function. The 5.0" length and threaded 1/2"-28 TPI muzzle make this barrel suitable for suppressor use or muzzle device attachment, giving you flexibility for your shooting setup.
Fluted barrel designs reduce weight and heat without sacrificing rigidity—a classic performance enhancement for pistol builds. The precision machining means you get true drop-in compatibility with your Gen 1–4 G17 frame, so installation is straightforward for anyone comfortable field-stripping their pistol. For competition shooters, precision handgun builders, or anyone looking to enhance reliability and accuracy on a trusted platform, this Brownells barrel delivers match-grade quality at a practical price point.
