Brownells
The Brownells Heavy Duty Cotton Round Patches for .22-.25 caliber rifles come in a convenient 1,000-pack—a serious value if you shoot regularly and want to keep a deep supply of reliable cleaning patches on hand. These aren't the flimsy, one-use patches; they're built tough from 10 oz. per yard flannel glove cotton with a 104 thread count per square inch, designed to actually do the work without shredding apart inside your bore.
The dual-texture design is where they shine: one side features heavy woven twill that scrubs out fouling and copper without being abrasive, while the fleece side absorbs solvents and bore cleanings efficiently. That combination means you get both cleaning power and solvent capacity in a single patch. The 7/8" round format fits standard loop-style jag tips perfectly, and if you need a custom size, you can cut them down for oddball applications.
Whether you're running a routine cleaning regimen after a range day or doing a deep scrub on a rifle that's been in storage, heavy-duty patches beat the bargain-bin alternatives. The flannel cotton construction holds up to aggressive brushing, and the absorbent fleece side keeps your bore wet with solvent long enough to break down stubborn deposits. A 1,000-pack gives casual shooters a year or two of stock, and serious folks a solid rotation without constantly reordering.

A 1,000-pack is a substantial supply for most shooters. How long it lasts depends on your shooting volume and cleaning frequency, but it's sized to provide months or longer of routine maintenance patches without constant reordering.
