Brownells
The Brownells Cotton Flannel Patches Master Pack is a versatile cleaning-patch collection designed for hunters, sport shooters, and firearms enthusiasts who want to stock up without committing to single sizes. Whether you're breaking in a new rifle, deep-cleaning after a range day, or maintaining your collection, this master pack gives you options—100 patches each of multiple diameters and shapes, standard and heavy-duty weights—all in one purchase.
Flannel patches work by holding solvents and oils against the bore, then carrying fouling and debris out as you run them through. The Brownells master pack covers the most common patch sizes used across rimfire, centerfire rifle, and shotgun bores. Standard patches handle routine maintenance; the thicker heavy-duty versions grip tighter and are built to withstand more aggressive scrubbing when you're dealing with heavy copper, lead, or carbon buildup. Resealable bags mean you can open one size at a time and keep the rest fresh—a genuine convenience on field trips or at the bench.
This is the pack for the shooter who owns multiple calibers and doesn't want to hunt for the right patch size mid-cleaning session. At 100% cotton flannel, they're soft enough not to scratch precision bores, yet robust enough for the work. Stock it in your cleaning kit, truck, or range bag, and you'll always have what you need on hand.
| Material | 100% Cotton Flannel |
| Patches per Pack | 1,000 total (100 each of 10 configurations) |
| Square Sizes Included | 7/8", 1-3/8", 1-3/4", 2-1/2", 3" |
| Round Sizes Included | 7/8", 1-1/4", 1-3/4", 2-1/4" |
| Weight Options | Standard and Heavy Duty |
| Packaging | Resealable bags |
The master pack includes 100 patches each of five square sizes (7/8", 1-3/8", 1-3/4", 2-1/2", 3") and four round sizes (7/8", 1-1/4", 1-3/4", 2-1/4"), plus heavy-duty versions of the five square sizes. That's 10 different configurations in one purchase.
Heavy-duty patches are thicker and more absorbent, making them better suited for bore scrubbing when you're removing heavy fouling or stubborn deposits. Standard patches work for routine maintenance and lighter cleaning.
These are universal cotton flannel patches compatible with any standard patch holder or jag. We recommend matching the patch diameter to your bore size and rod diameter for an effective fit, but the variety of sizes in this pack should cover most rifles, shotguns, and rimfire firearms.
Yes. 100% cotton flannel is soft and won't scratch or damage precision bores when used properly with appropriate solvents and a clean patch holder.
