Boker
The Boker 110831 Trapper 2.0 is a compact folding knife built for the hunter, angler, or anyone who needs a reliable cutting tool in the field. This traditional trapper-style blade pairs a clip point and spey configuration, giving you two distinct cutting geometries in one pocket-sized package. With D2 steel blades and a green jigged bone handle, it's a no-nonsense folder that bridges classic knife design with modern materials—the kind of EDC blade that works as hard as you do.
D2 steel brings serious edge retention to both blades, holding a sharp edge through skinning game, processing camp tasks, or everyday cutting jobs. The clip point excels at detail work and piercing, while the spey blade's swept design makes it ideal for slicing and general utility cuts. Jigged bone scales give you a textured, secure grip even with damp hands, and the green finish adds subtle character without the maintenance demands of polished handles.
The Trapper profile is iconic for a reason: it's compact enough to disappear in a pocket or pack but substantial enough to handle real work. Whether you're field dressing, processing fish, camp prep, or just carry it as backup to your main blade, this Boker delivers the functionality and durability outdoor users have trusted for generations. Pair it with your hunting pack, fishing vest, or camp kit and you've got a partner for whatever the day brings.
The clip point blade excels at detail work, piercing, and precise cutting tasks. The spey blade's swept shape makes it ideal for general slicing, utility cuts, and broader applications in field dressing and camp work.
Yes. The trapper configuration and D2 steel blades are well-suited to hunting applications, including field processing. The dual-blade design gives you options depending on the task at hand.
D2 is a carbon steel that holds a sharper edge longer than most stainless steels, making it popular for hunting and utility knives. It requires more care to prevent rust and should be dried and stored properly, especially after exposure to moisture.
Jigged bone has a textured, dimpled surface that provides excellent grip even when wet or dirty. It's a traditional handle material prized for outdoor use and has authentic character while being more weather-resistant than smooth finishes.
