BLACKHAWK
The Blackhawk Stache IWB holster kit for FN 509 is a purpose-built inside-the-waistband carry system designed for shooters who want modularity without compromising concealment or comfort. Built from injection-molded polymer and engineered in the USA, this Premium kit includes everything you need to set up appendix, strong-side, or weak-side carry—all from one holster platform. Whether you're carrying appendix for quick access or running it traditional, the Stache adapts to your body and your preferences.
The real strength of this FN 509-specific rig is the modular approach. The base holster features adjustable passive retention that lets you dial in the draw security you want, while the low-profile shirt guard keeps things comfortable under a concealment garment. The included Concealment Claw pushes the holster closer to your body to minimize printing—a thoughtful detail for everyday carry. The magazine carrier that ships with the Premium kit isn't just an afterthought; it's fully adaptable with adjustable rubber springs and works with the included adapter wings to lock the mag carrier into either a 15 or 25-degree cant relative to the holster for appendix rigs. Everything runs on Blackhawk's familiar J-style belt clips (1.5"), adjustable for both height and cant so you can fine-tune your draw angle.
Since the Stache is ambidextrous, you can configure it for right- or left-hand carry without buying a second holster. The design also plays well with mounted red-dot sights on the FN 509, and it's compatible with Discreet Carry Concepts Gear Clips (sold separately) if you want to expand the system further. All-day comfort and adjustability were clearly priorities here—this isn't a one-size-fits-all plastic mold. It's the kind of holster that rewards a little fine-tuning and sticks with you through a long day in the field or at the range.
