Birchwood Casey
Birchwood Casey Dirty Bird silhouette oval paper targets in 12"x18" format give you a practical, affordable way to zero firearms, refine technique, and dial in loads on the range. The 50-pack bulk format makes these paper targets ideal for high-volume shooters, hunters sighting in before season, and anyone running multiple guns through live-fire drills. The silhouette shape mimics common hunting and tactical scenarios, so you're training on target geometry that mirrors real shooting.
Dirty Bird targets are built for quick feedback—their reactive design (which shows impact regardless of bullet color or shooter experience) means you can spot hits and misses instantly without walking downrange constantly. That fast visual feedback loop speeds up your sight-in process and cuts down on wasted ammunition. The 12x18 dimension offers plenty of real estate for grouping work without overwhelming your backstop space, and it's versatile enough for handgun, rifle, and shotgun shooting.
At 50 sheets per pack, you're getting serious quantity for training sessions, clubs, or instructors who burn through targets regularly. Paper targets are consumable—buy them by the crate, shoot them hard, and move on. Birchwood Casey has been the go-to name in reactive targets for decades, and these deliver consistent performance without the premium price of specialty competition paper.
| Size | 12" x 18" |
| Quantity | 50 targets per pack |
| Target Type | Paper silhouette oval |
| Brand | Birchwood Casey |
Yes. The 12x18 paper format works well for rifle sight-in at typical hunting and range distances. The silhouette shape and reactive technology make it easy to see impact and adjust scope or sights quickly.
Paper targets are compatible with shotgun, but shot spread and slug performance vary with distance and choke. These are general-purpose paper targets; for specialized shotgun work, consider your specific distance and load before committing a large pack.
Each pack contains 50 targets, so you get 50 sheets of 12"x18" paper silhouettes ready to staple or tape to your backer.
Bulk packs cut the per-target cost and ensure you always have paper on hand for unplanned range trips. If you're zeroing multiple rifles, sighting in before season, or running training courses, a 50-pack reduces the friction of stopping mid-session because you've run out.
