The Bianchi Remedy OWB holster is a leather belt slide rig built for shooters who want their Colt 1911 Government accessible without compromise. Size 10, right-hand configuration, this tan leather outside-the-waistband holster balances quick draw capability with a low-profile carry that works for both range days and duty use. The open-top design cuts the draw stroke short—no retention strap, no complicated release—just a smooth, intuitive presentation when you need it.

Bianchi engineered the Remedy with deep contour molding that locks your pistol's profile into the leather, minimizing printing while maintaining a secure carry. The fully molded front cradles the gun for comfort against your side, whether you're moving through brush, sitting at the range table, or carrying as part of your daily rotation. Hip carry placement keeps the 1911 Government naturally aligned with your draw-side hip, making this holster equally at home under a light cover garment or worn openly on a range belt.

Tan leather ages well and pairs with most belt systems, while the belt slide attachment keeps setup simple—slide it onto your existing belt and you're ready. If you run a Colt 1911 Government and prefer OWB carry without the fuss of retention straps, the Remedy earns its name by solving the draw-speed-versus-security equation that ties up a lot of shooters. This is straightforward leather craftsmanship for a straight-forward carry job.
