Betts Tackle
The Betts Peg Foam Float Oval with slit is a practical, no-fuss float for anglers who want simplicity and reliability in their terminal tackle. This 100-count pack of 2.50" red and white foam floats features a narrow slot design that accommodates your line cleanly, allowing you to deploy them as either slip floats (line passes through the slot for adjustable depth) or fixed floats (line secured at the slot position). The slim slot keeps your line seated securely without the bulk or complexity of bobber stops, making these floats ideal for panfish, crappie, and light freshwater applications where quick rigging and easy adjustments matter.
Built from durable foam and finished in high-visibility red and white, these ovals are designed to stay where you put them and be easy to remove when you're ready to re-rig. A 100-count pack means you've got spares for the tackle box, a river trip, or sharing with fishing buddies—and at this volume, you can fish them without worrying about losing a single float to snags or tangles. The peg slot keeps things straightforward: thread your line through, cinch it down, cast out, and focus on what matters: watching for the bite.
Whether you're working shallow cover, drifting live bait in a pond, or teaching a young angler the fundamentals, these Betts floats deliver honest performance without extra features you don't need. Stock a pack in your boat or shore tackle kit and you'll always have a proven float ready to go.
