Bergara
The Bergara B-14 HMR Wilderness 300 Win Mag is a rugged, weather-hardened bolt-action rifle built for hunters who spend serious time in the backcountry. This 26-inch-barreled rifle splits the difference between Bergara's standard and Premier offerings, combining genuine field durability with the kind of accuracy and reliability that separates a tool from a toy. The Wilderness HMR is hand-painted in a natural camouflage finish and fitted with textured webbing on the stock—details that help you disappear into your hunting terrain without sacrificing grip or control when conditions get wet and cold.
At its core sits Bergara's two-lug B-14 action, a smooth, dependable platform that feeds and extracts cleanly thanks to a sliding plate extractor and coned bolt nose and breech. The barrel is their world-class Number 6 profile, treated with Sniper Grey Cerakote for aggressive corrosion resistance, and crowned with a seamless omnidirectional multi-ported muzzle brake engineered to reduce felt recoil by up to 35 percent—a real comfort boost when you're carrying this rifle miles from the truck. Threaded 5/8-24 for optic-mounting flexibility, the brake comes installed and ready to go.
Factory-drilled and tapped for Remington 700 rings and bases, the HMR accepts its integrated mini-chassis bedding system molded directly into the stock, which delivers repeatable accuracy without fuss. The Bergara Performance Trigger is clean and predictable. A 5-round AICS-pattern detachable magazine keeps ammunition within arm's reach, and the stock includes an adjustable cheek piece, length-of-pull spacers, and quick-detach flush cups for sling mounting. Weighing 9.5 to 9.9 lbs depending on configuration, it's substantial enough to shoot steady yet manageable for a full day in rough country.
This is a rifle for the hunter who doesn't apologize for heading off trail, doesn't settle for "good enough," and trusts his gear to work when things get real.
