Battle Arms Development
The Battle Arms Development lightweight 16" 9mm barrel is purpose-built for shooters assembling or upgrading 9mm AR-platform rifles. Whether you're building a compact PCC (pistol caliber carbine) for home defense, competition, or recreational shooting, this barrel delivers the precision and durability you expect from a quality components manufacturer. At 16 inches, it strikes a balance between velocity and maneuverability—ideal for shooters who want a shorter, handier platform without sacrificing ballistic performance in 9mm.
Battle Arms Development focuses on the fundamentals: solid metallurgy, tight tolerances, and practical design. This barrel is machined from 4140 steel and finished in black nitride, a proven combination that resists corrosion and handles repeated firing cycles without compromise. The 1:10 twist rate is optimized for standard 9mm projectiles, and the improved feed ramp ensures reliable chambering shot after shot. The lightweight profile keeps overall rifle weight down—a real advantage if you're running this on a modern tactical or competition build where every ounce counts.
Threading is 1/2x36", the standard for 9mm barrels, so you have a full ecosystem of muzzle devices to choose from: suppressors, compensators, or brakes depending on your mission. Drop this barrel into your build with confidence that you're starting with a component that will deliver consistent accuracy and reliability without the inflated marketing or premium pricing of bigger names.

This is a 9mm barrel designed for AR-platform rifles chambered in 9mm. It uses standard AR threading and mounting, making it compatible with most modern 9mm AR builds.
Yes. The 1/2x36" threading is the standard for 9mm suppressors and muzzle devices, giving you a wide selection of options from major manufacturers.
The 1:10 twist rate is optimized for standard 9mm ammunition. This is the conventional twist for 9mm barrels and will reliably stabilize standard 9mm projectiles.
Yes, the barrel features 1/2x36" threading at the muzzle, allowing you to attach suppressors, compensators, flash hiders, or other muzzle devices with compatible threads.
