B5 Systems
The B5 Systems CAR15 handguard in OD Green brings authentic retro rifle aesthetics to your build without the weight penalty. If you're running a compact or vintage-inspired AR platform and want that classic six-hole profile with actual functionality, this slim handguard delivers the look and feel of early-generation CAR15 furniture while keeping things light. It's a drop-in replacement that appeals to minimalist builders and anyone who appreciates honest gun design over modern tacticool bloat.
Built from durable composite materials to mil-spec standards and manufactured in the USA, the CAR15 handguard ships ready to mount—no fitting required on compatible platforms. The integral heat shield protects your support hand from the barrel, and the slim 7.13-inch length keeps your rifle balanced and handy. At just 4.4 ounces, it won't shift the weight forward, making it ideal for carbines where every ounce matters for handling.
OD Green fits naturally into modern duty builds as well as retro-themed rigs. Whether you're restoring a classic platform or building a lightweight patrol carbine, the CAR15 handguard proves that good design doesn't go out of style—and that you don't need a rail-covered forend to run a capable rifle.
