Birchwood Casey
The Birchwood Casey AR500 3/8" Silhouette Gopher target is a precision steel shooting target designed for rimfire and centerfire practice at the range. Built from half-inch AR500 steel with a bright white powder coat finish, this gopher-shaped silhouette gives you a distinct, easy-to-see aiming point whether you're zeroing a rifle, practicing accuracy, or running drills with a group. The laser-cut edges arrive burr-free and ready to shoot—no prep or finishing required.
AR500 steel is the standard choice for shooters who want durability and repeatability. This target handles impacts up to 3000 foot-pounds of bullet energy, which covers most common rifle and handgun loads. The bright white finish ensures you won't lose your sight picture downrange, and the contrast makes bullet holes immediately visible from the firing line or through optics. Whether you're setting up a permanent range, running a training course, or taking steel to an outdoor shoot, you've got a target that'll last.
Birchwood Casey precision-laser-cuts each target to maintain consistent shape and edge quality across production. The gopher silhouette works well for hunters sighting in, competitive shooters working on accuracy, and anyone wanting a defined, realistic-sized target. Multiple mounting options let you hang or clamp it to your stand, frame, or berm setup without fuss.
