Avian X
The Avian-X AVXTKY06 turkey choke tube for Mossberg 835/935 shotguns is a specialized tube designed to tighten your shot pattern for turkey hunting. If you're running a Mossberg 835 or 935 in 12 gauge and want a dedicated choke for spring or fall turkey season, this PVD-finished tube delivers the constriction needed to keep your pellets grouped at distance—a critical factor when targeting wary birds that demand precision and consistency.
Turkey chokes are built differently than general-purpose tubes. They're engineered to compress shot more aggressively, which means tighter patterns downrange and more consistent hits where it counts. The PVD (physical vapor deposition) coating is corrosion-resistant, an asset if you're hunting wet conditions or storing the tube loaded in a humid climate. Drop this into your Mossberg and you've got a dedicated tool for the job instead of relying on a wider, all-purpose pattern.
Installation is straightforward on any Mossberg 835 or 935 owner—no special tools or gunsmithing required. Whether you're prepping for opening day or keeping a backup tube in your range bag, this choke fits the bill as reliable, field-ready gear from a brand trusted by turkey hunters.

Yes. The Avian-X AVXTKY06 is designed specifically for Mossberg 835 and 935 shotguns in 12 gauge and installs like any standard choke tube.
PVD (physical vapor deposition) is a hard, corrosion-resistant coating that protects the tube from rust and oxidation, especially useful in wet hunting conditions or extended storage.
This tube is engineered with a tight pattern constriction optimized for turkey hunting, where precise shot placement at distance is essential. Other chokes may be better suited to general waterfowl or upland use.
None. The Avian-X AVXTKY06 is a drop-in choke tube that requires no special tools or gunsmithing—simply unscrew your current tube and install this one.
