The Auto Ordnance 1927A-1 Deluxe .45 ACP semi-auto carbine brings classic Thompson-style firepower to the modern shooter without the full auto complexity or cost. Built on the legendary 1927A-1 platform, this semi-automatic rifle delivers the iconic look and handling characteristics that made the Thompson famous, chambered in the proven .45 ACP cartridge. Whether you're interested in historical firearms, want a unique centerfire carbine for the range, or appreciate the mechanical simplicity and charm of vintage-inspired designs, the 1927A-1 Deluxe offers genuine character you won't find in modern tactical platforms.

This Deluxe model features a 16.5-inch finned barrel with compensator (measuring 18 inches overall when installed), finished in classic case-hardened brown steel with a protective clear coat that balances authentic aesthetics with practical corrosion resistance. The rifle sports traditional Thompson ergonomics: a fixed walnut stock paired with a horizontal foregrip for confident control, adjustable open rear sights with a blade front sight, and it ships with one 10-round drum magazine. At 13 pounds, it's substantial enough to manage recoil comfortably without being unwieldy for extended shooting sessions.

The .45 ACP chambering gives you access to inexpensive ammunition and the satisfaction of shooting a cartridge with genuine military heritage. The semi-auto operation is straightforward and reliable, and the finned barrel adds both visual presence and functional cooling during sustained fire. This is a rifle that turns heads at the range and sparks conversations—a shooter's piece with real presence and purpose.
