The ATI GSG-16 carbine in smoke gray is a semi-automatic .22 LR rifle built for shooters who want serious fun without the serious recoil. Based on the proven GSG operating system, the GSG-16 strips away unnecessary complexity and layers in modern tactical ergonomics—Picatinny rails, M-LOK handguard, ambidextrous charging handle, and a collapsible stock that doubles as onboard magazine storage. It's the kind of rifle that works equally well for plinking at the range, introducing new shooters to tactical handling, or running drills without burning through centerfire ammo and your budget.
At 5.84 pounds unloaded and tuned with a 5.5-pound trigger, the GSG-16 points naturally and cycles smoothly through .22 LR high-velocity rounds (1260 fps recommended). The 16.25-inch barrel and quick-acquisition front and rear sights keep you on target fast, while the polymer receiver keeps things light. Collapse the stock down to 28.5 inches for tight work or extend it to 34.25 inches for a full sight picture and control. The included 22-round magazine is forward-compatible with GSG-5 and GSG-522 stick and rotary magazines, so you can build your loadout as your skill and needs grow.
Whether you're a newcomer learning to manage recoil-free fundamentals, a veteran looking for an affordable training platform, or someone who simply loves running a rifle without apology, the GSG-16 delivers the ergonomics and modularity of a modern combat rifle in a cartridge that lets you shoot all day. The smoke gray finish looks the part, and the faux suppressor gives it the profile shooters want without the legal hassle.
