Athlon Optics
The Athlon Edc 3-MOA open reflex sight is built for shooters who carry compact and subcompact pistols daily. This low-profile red dot mounts directly to RMSc-pattern slides—the industry standard found on the Sig Sauer P365, Springfield Hellcat, Glock 43 MOS, and dozens of other modern carry guns. If you're running a micro-compact with a direct-mount optic cut, the Talos EDC delivers reliable aiming without bulk or weight.
The real-world advantage here is durability married to simplicity. Athlon engineered the Talos with a tough composite housing that stands up to daily carry and defensive use. At 3 MOA, the dot is large enough for quick sight acquisition at typical self-defense ranges—bad light, stress, movement—while still fine enough for accurate shot placement. Battery life sits at an impressive 50,000 hours, meaning you can mount it and forget about the batteries for years. That's the kind of reliability you want in a carry gun optic.
The compact footprint is the whole point. This isn't a range toy or a rifle sight shoehorned onto a handgun. Athlon designed the EDC specifically for the subcompact carry market, which means it's sized and weighted for guns you actually draw from a holster, not guns you bench-shoot. If you've upgraded your carry gun with a slide cut and you're looking for a proven reflex sight that won't complicate your draw or your holster fit, the Talos EDC is worth a hard look.

The Talos EDC uses the RMSc footprint, which is standard on the Sig Sauer P365, Springfield Hellcat, Glock 43 MOS, and many other compact and subcompact pistols with direct-mount optic cuts. Check your slide to confirm it's cut for RMSc pattern before purchasing.
We don't have brightness (lumens) specifications for this model. For detailed performance data in various lighting conditions, we recommend contacting Athlon Optics directly.
With 50,000 hours of battery life, you can expect years of continuous operation before a battery change is necessary—well beyond typical carry gun use. For exact battery type and replacement intervals, check Athlon's documentation.
We don't have parallax correction data for the EDC 3-MOA. Reach out to Athlon Optics if parallax performance is a priority for your intended use.
