The Arsenal Inc AK-47 Low Profile Scope Rail Mount SM-13 is a one-piece Picatinny rail mount built for shooters who want to run an optic without sacrificing the ability to use iron sights. If you're setting up an AK in 7.62 caliber and need a scope mount that doesn't compromise your sight picture or add unnecessary bulk, this quick-release design delivers a straightforward, no-nonsense solution. The low-profile geometry keeps your cheek weld natural and your sight line unobstructed, whether you're running backup irons or prefer to keep them ready as a failsafe.
The SM-13 features 7.625 inches of Picatinny rail real estate, giving you flexibility to position your optic—whether it's a red dot, magnified scope, or hybrid sight—exactly where it works for your shooting style. Quick-release functionality means you can swap optics or drop the mount entirely without tools, a practical detail for range sessions, field work, or shooters who like to experiment with different setups. The one-piece construction keeps things rigid and repeatable, eliminating the wobble and zero-shift problems that plague some two-piece designs.
Weighing in at 25% lighter than the KV-04S, the SM-13 keeps your rifle nimble without feeling flimsy—a real advantage if you're carrying miles in the field or just prefer a rifle that doesn't feel nose-heavy when scoped. Finished in black, it integrates cleanly with modern AK platforms and works specifically with 7.62 AKs, so compatibility is straightforward. Whether you're a hunter dialing in a hunting rifle, a precision shooter building a dedicated range gun, or someone who likes having options, the Arsenal SM-13 is a solid foundation for reliable optic mounting.
