The Arisaka RDM Aimpoint ACRO 2.26" precision red dot mount is a CNC-machined aluminum riser built to co-witness your Aimpoint ACRO P1 or P2 optic with AR-height iron sights—specifically designed so irons remain visible through the window beneath the optic. If you run other red dots on the same footprint (like the Steiner MPS), this mount will work with those too. At 2.26" height, it also aligns perfectly with Unity FAST FTC magnifier mounts, making it a natural choice for shooters building cohesive optics setups on modern tactical rifles and carbines.

Built from 7075-T651 aluminum and finished with MIL-A-8625 Type III hard coat anodizing, the Arisaka Defense mount delivers the durability you expect from American-made precision accessories. The rigid construction ensures your optic stays zeroed through hard use—whether you're running duty cycles, competition stages, or serious field work. At just 3.2 oz, it won't add unnecessary weight to your upper receiver.

Installation is straightforward with the included 10-32x1.25" torx socket cap screw. If you're already familiar with Arisaka's design philosophy, you know they engineer for function first—no frills, no guesswork, just a mount that does the job and integrates cleanly into a modern carbine platform.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this Arisaka ACRO mount work with my Aimpoint ACRO optic?

Yes. The Arisaka RDM is designed for both the Aimpoint ACRO P1 and P2. It's also compatible with other red dots sharing the same footprint, such as the Steiner MPS.

What does the 2.26" height mean for my iron sights?

At 2.26" height, your AR-height iron sights will be visible only through the co-witness window—the opening directly beneath the optic. This is ideal if you want irons as a backup without cluttering your sight picture through the dot.

Is this mount compatible with magnifier mounts?

Yes. The 2.26" height matches the Unity FAST FTC magnifier mount, so you can stack compatible magnification optics behind your red dot as part of a unified optical system.

What hardware comes with the Arisaka ACRO mount?

The mount includes one 10-32x1.25" torx socket cap screw for attachment to your optic. You will need a torx wrench to install it.
