Superlative Arms
The Superlative Arms AR-15 solid titanium adjustable gas block in .625" diameter is built for shooters who demand precision tuning and durability in a gas system that actually lasts. This adjustable gas block lets you fine-tune the amount of gas cycling back into your bolt carrier group—critical for running suppressed, tuning for different ammo, or dialing in the perfect reliability-to-recoil balance for your specific build. Titanium construction means you're not fighting corrosion or thermal expansion issues the way you might with traditional steel, and the solid design eliminates common failure points found in some rival adjustable blocks.
Whether you're building a precision AR for long-range work, a suppressed hunting rifle that needs metering control, or a piston-conversion platform, an adjustable gas block gives you control the factory never intended. The .625" bore size fits standard AR-15 mid-length and rifle-length gas tubes, making this a straightforward upgrade for most builds. Superlative Arms has earned a solid reputation for no-nonsense components that shooters actually trust downrange, and the titanium upgrade here is worth the investment if you plan to keep this rifle running hard for years.
Installation requires standard AR-15 armorer knowledge and tools—you'll need to remove your current gas block and properly time this one to your barrel. Once set and locked, you can adjust gas flow through the set screw to dial out excess bolt carrier speed or reduce it as needed for your ammunition and shooting situation.

The .625" bore is the standard size for most AR-15 mid-length and rifle-length gas systems. If you're unsure which gas tube length your rifle uses, check your barrel marking or measure from the bolt face to the gas port.
Adjustable gas blocks let you control how much gas cycles back into your bolt carrier group. This is especially useful if you're running a suppressor (which adds back-pressure), shooting a variety of ammunition loads, or tuning your rifle for minimal recoil and carrier tilt while maintaining reliability.
You'll need to remove and install the gas block yourself or have a gunsmith do it. This requires standard AR-15 tools and knowledge. Once installed, adjustment is simple and can be done in the field with the proper wrench.
