Brigand Arms
The Brigand Arms Hoplite Handguard in 5.5-inch carbon fiber with M-LOK mounting is built for AR-15 shooters who refuse to compromise on weight, strength, or heat management. This free-floating handguard combines a featherweight carbon fiber construction with the rigidity and thermal stability you need during sustained fire or rapid shooting sessions. Whether you're running a precision .223/5.56 build, a 9mm PCC, or anything in between, the Hoplite delivers the performance of a high-end rail without the bulk that slows you down.
At 5.5 inches, this handguard bridges the gap between compact and full-length—ideal for mid-length gas systems and shooters who want adequate real estate for accessories without overhanging the muzzle. The carbon fiber is conditioned for stability through barrel heat cycling, so your mounted optics, lights, and iron sights stay zeroed even during extended shooting. Unlike lesser designs, the Hoplite won't flex or shift as your barrel heats up, maintaining the accuracy and consistency that serious shooters demand.
Installation is straightforward: the included proprietary mil-spec hard-anodized aluminum barrel nut drops onto any standard AR-15 receiver with no timing required. M-LOK slots at 3, 6, 9, and 12 o'clock give you full flexibility to mount lights, vertical grips, backup sights, and other tactical accessories exactly where you want them. The free-floating design isolates the barrel from the handguard, eliminating harmonic interference and supporting inherent accuracy—a must-have for precision shooting and long-distance work.
Built for AR-15 platforms, the Hoplite is a no-compromise choice if you're building a lightweight, heat-stable rifle that performs as hard as you do.

Absolutely. The M-LOK slots at 3, 6, 9, and 12 o'clock accept any M-LOK compatible accessory—lights, vertical grips, sling mounts, backup sights, and more. The four positions give you flexibility to configure your rifle exactly how you want it.
